What data breach procedures we have in place
Should our customer data be breached, we will:
- Immediately suspend the online service and e-mail to ensure no further breach can take place.
- The website and company database will be moved to an alternative hosting service before being activated again.
- Inform all affected users of the breach.
What third parties we receive data from
We do receive customer data from other agencies when we are engaged to work on behalf of those agencies to provide online marketing services. We treat all such data in exactly the same way as users who contact us directly, and all the provisions stated in this policy document apply equally. These parties include web development companies and marketing agencies.
